Terms of use
These terms apply when you access ElimuKids, set up an assessment, purchase a report, or use a report recovery service. By continuing, you confirm that you are a parent, legal guardian, or other adult authorised to act for the child.
Educational purpose
ElimuKids describes performance on selected thinking activities and offers practical ideas for home. It is not a medical, psychological, or clinical diagnosis. Do not use it as the sole basis for an important decision about a child, including schooling or healthcare decisions.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate age and guardian information.
- Give consent before the child begins.
- Let the child answer without coaching or repeated attempts.
- Keep payment, recovery, and detailed report screens in parent mode.
- Do not copy, scrape, resell, or interfere with assessment content.
Assessment results
Results depend on the assessment version, age band, answers, and the conditions in which the activities were completed. Fatigue, distraction, language, device conditions, and help from another person may affect the result. Age comparisons are informative estimates, not labels or promises of future performance.
Prices, payment, and reports
The full price is shown before payment. A successful payment unlocks the detailed report for the assessment linked to that purchase. Payment does not guarantee a particular score or outcome. Keep your payment reference private because it may be used to recover report access.
Refunds
Refund eligibility and request handling are explained in our refund policy. Nothing in these terms limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited under Kenyan consumer law.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care to keep the service accurate, secure, and available, but temporary interruptions can happen. If an error affects a paid report, contact support so we can restore access, correct the issue, or consider a refund. ElimuKids is not responsible for loss caused by misuse, inaccurate setup details, or use of a report outside its stated educational purpose, to the extent permitted by law.
